It is best, though not required, to begin with an in-depth series of psychological and leadership assessments (approximately 3.5 hours of your time) including:

360-Degree Feedback
This unique combination provides a full picture of your personality, strengths, blockers or derailers, emotional processing, decision-making patterns, and how others interact with you.
Strategic Business Insight & Feedback
If the assessments are completed, Dr. English will invest time to interpret and align your data into a clear, compassionate report, highlighting both what’s working and what may be holding you back.
You’ll gain in-depth insight into how your wiring, experience, and behaviors are impacting your leadership, relationships, and spiritual life.
