Dr. Bill English will work with each management team member to individually assess and then build a cohesive and well-functioning leadership team. This work often includes at least two on-site visits.

This is a fully customizable coaching package for both individual and teams of employees. Targets and goals will be set per-day where coaching is designed to meet your personal or team’s goals.

New Hire Assessments
Dr. Bill English offers assessment services for key position candidates to increase hiring effectiveness. If further coaching is needed after hiring, the completed assessments enable Dr. English to start coaching seamlessly and effectively.

This coaching helps family members in a family business understand their roles, whilst fostering healthy family dynamics outside the business. Succession planning is also available as part of the coaching plan if desired.

Guiding Your Progress Step By Step
In the first mile, Dr. Bill English will take a hands-on approach to help you understand yourself better. You will complete several online assessments, including a 360 review, and the results will be fully shared with you. Bill encourages your spouse or significant other to attend the results session.
